Returns & Exchanges

At Twisty Locks, every piece is thoughtfully made and quality-checked with care. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help 💛

Eligibility

  • Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Items should be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags and invoice
  • Products must be free from scratches, damage, or alterations
  • Gift wrapping services are not eligible for return or exchange

When Can You Request a Return/Exchange?

1. Damaged or Incorrect Product
Please share a clear unboxing video (starting from the sealed package to the opened product)

2. Size Concerns
A post-wear photo is required to help us understand the issue better


Important Things to Know

  • All products go through a strict quality check before approval
  • Items that don’t meet the criteria will be sent back to you

For Exchanges:

  • If you choose a product of higher value, you can simply pay the difference
  • If you choose a product of lower value, you’ll receive the balance as a gift card
  • Exchanges are based on the original product price (not discounted price)
  • If your desired product is unavailable, we’ll issue a gift card of equal value

Shipping & Timelines

  • If reverse pickup isn’t available in your area, you may need to ship the product to us via a local courier
  • Return shipments usually take 7–10 working days to reach us

  2. Fill out the Return/Exchange Request Form with:
    • Order Number
    • Email ID / Mobile Number
    • Reason for return/exchange
  3. Our team will connect with you within 24 working hours
  4. Share the required video/photo
  5. Once approved, we’ll process your request ✨
